Gert Kramer (creator of the Divine 9 tuning) en Jan Vayne (who plays and enjoys the Divine 9 piano) told in the Dutch TV program Podium Witteman about Divine 9. 1. Lecture by Gert Kramer (specific for your organization)
Gert Kramer offers specific musical lectures for groups, companies or foundations.
- With the Divine 9 tuned Fazioli 308 piano the cosmic Hermetic philosphy of balance and unity is shown. Gert explains what this new perspective can mean for the strategy, vision and (collective and individual) change programs in your company / organisation.
- Optional is that a pianist plays the same (famous) compositions on a (conventional) equal temperament tuned piano and a Divine 9 tuned piano so you can hear and experience the difference of another sound clearly.
- Gert advises company’s about ‘Fundamental transformation’, ‘Shifting Insights’, Cosmimicry’, and ‘Science by Nature’ and (industrial) implementation in products and services (Gert’s background; engineering Technical University Delft and nine years of management consultancy).

She used music as a metaphor to show that people and organizations can work differently if they can “tune into each other” and how another choice (another sound, literally another music tuning) can result in a different sphere.

Background Divine 9: why, how and what?
Quest Gert Kramer and why and how Divine 9 was created
Gert Kramer is the creator of Divine 9 Music. He states: “I am what you make of me”. Bridge builder, hermetic philosopher, entrepreneur, inspirator, creator, artist. Gert wants to be a bridge builder and inspire individuals, companies, scientists, politicians and artists with an alternative perspective and to offer a fundament for another reality; world peace.
In 1996 he graduated at Shell as Civil Engineer at Delft University of Technology. Thereafter he worked as a management consultant and later as entrepreneur. He is father of three children. Because of the continuing unbalance and disharmony that he feels within himself and in the world in general, he starts his quest in 2009.
Personal quest
Gert Kramer asked himself why our systems and thinking are sometimes very linear whereas nothing in nature is linear. He discovered our thinking is partly based on a perspective with (implicit and explicit) assumptions. One of these assumptions is the use of numbers from 0 to 10 and beyond. Why do we use only this? What do we see when we use another “key” another numeric system?
The spiral / vortex shape is seen a lot in nature; in shape and in the way nature evolves. Gert’s central question became why he saw spirals / vortexes everywhere.
He recognizes, through application of the ancient nine based number system, the underlying perfect balance and order in the Fibonacci sequence; a mathematical definition of the spiral shape that stands centrally in all cosmic processes and principles. Gert discovers an universal / cosmic creation principle present in all manifestations of life and calls this “the Source Code”. He states that if we review our assumptions by these cosmic principles unbalance and resistance can be diminished. Other assumptions result in another perspective with as a result another reality. The application of the Cosmic Key of the nine based system in combination with Maät, the Cosmic Balance, results in the revelation of ‘Unity in Multiplicity’ and the ‘Order in the Chaos’. With this Gert enters a fundamental philosophic-spiritual-scientific playfield that in ancient times was known as the Hermetic Principles.
His research connects him with many worldwide religions, philosophies, mystic and mythological stories in civilizations throughout time. Here he continuously finds number and symbol based references to the Source Code; he calls it the One Cosmic Creative Principle. The knowledge of the Source Code is not new but was always present; in all cultures on all continents throughout centuries of human existence as a systems- / Cosmic / nature philosophy. There is one sun from which all sun rays come to existence. Gert Kramer: “When the Rays of the Sun remember their shared Origin, it will be Paradise on Earth again”.
Prime numbers
Using this same perspective and the Source Code knowledge, Gert discovers that there is order in the distribution of primes over the natural numbers. In this way the importance of the nine based system as key to reveal cosmic order is shown.
Gert can explain and show the unity and perfect harmony in nature with exact science: mathematics and number theory. By using the ancient nine based number system the (otherwise invisible) repetitive pattern of 24 numbers with her perfect balance is shown. Numbers can result in certain shapes and tones (frequences), which can interferere in patterns. The origin of unity, order, balance and beauty are made visible.
Gert wants to make the Source Code visible in all kinds of ways, so that others can be inspired and touched by it. In this way he created various projects in art and music. He started his company Dragon 9 so he could share his projects with the world. To create a snowball effect so more and more people will think, feel and act from the Source Code and from connection. Gert consults companies, foundations, scientist and entrepreneurs to implement the knowledge of the Source Code in strategy and (industrial) applications.

Why Divine 9 and how it was created

De Divine 9 stemming is een alternatief voor de gelijkzwevende stemming die wij heden ten dagen gebruiken. Het is een nieuwe muziekstemming gebaseerd op de ordenings- en balansprincipes uit de natuur, de Broncode. De onderzoeksvraag die hier aan ten grondslag lag was of ‘sfeer maakbaar is’.
Voor deze Divine 9 stemming wordt er geen gebruik gemaakt van het huidig gebruikte kwintenstelsel, maar wordt er een wiskundige formule gehanteerd van waaruit alle tonen worden berekend. Deze formule werd door Gert Kramer bedacht vanuit het principe van de 9 brongetallen. Vergelijk het met het schilderen op een doek waar je ook verschillende kleuren kunt gebruiken. De keuze van brongetallen, de getallen 1 t/m 9 bepaalt de ‘energetische kleur’ van de verftonen. Hiermee wordt de klankkleur opgebouwd die een bepaalde sfeer realiseert. Een stemming kan dus worden opgebouwd om een bepaald doel te faciliteren, oftewel ‘sfeer is maakbaar’.
Voor de ontworpen Divine 9 stemming is het getal 9 gekozen. De idee is dat de neutraliteit* van het getal 9, faciliteert dat iedereen zijn eigen verhaal, zijn klankkleur neutraal zeer helder weerspiegeld kan bekijken. De 9 is kleurloos anders zou er emotie zijn maar heeft wel alle kleuren in zich. Vanuit je Kern kun je dan zonder emoties zelf bekijken wat je wel en niet bevalt in jouw verhaal en dan, als je dat wilt, je kleur aanpassen.
Hoorbaar door deze stemming zijn de vele boventonen. Deze ontstaan door de interferentie tussen alle aparte tonen waardoor er een groepswerking ontstaat. Het geluid wordt als helder, vol en rond ervaren en alsof het nog makkelijker binnenkomt. De verhouding tussen iedere willekeurig gekozen combinatie van tonen geeft zowel voor de teller als de noemer een heel getal ergo er is altijd een gezamenlijke boventoon te vinden. Dit betekent dat er altijd een perfecte afstemming is.
Gert Kramer: “Het is een nieuw geluid, hoorbaar licht, gestemd in het sleutelgetal achter de perfecte ordening en balans in de natuur; de 9. Het getal van de stilte, het oog van de orkaan, de trilling van de neutraliteit, waarin de mens vanuit zijn Kern, zichzelf en de wereld met een meta-blik kan observeren. Om een faciliterende sfeer creëeren waarin je tot jezelf kan komen. Genietend van het moment, in acceptatie en indien je wilt introspectie van alles wat er nu is en in je hoofd en lijf speelt. Om eventueel te komen tot ontspanning, inspiratie en andere percepties en keuzes”.
De Divine 9 stemming is gemaakt op een speciaal aangepaste Fazioli 308 concertvleugel bij Evert Snel (pianostemmer, importeur en verkoper) in Werkhoven, Nederland.
Het ontstaan van de Divine 9 stemming
Gert Kramer was benieuwd en tegelijkertijd zo overtuigd van het feit dat hij zijn Broncode tastbaar en hoorbaar zou kunnen maken dat hij met de wiskundige formule, gebaseerd op de 9 brongetallen, naar de pianostemmer, importeur en pianoverkoper Evert Snel ging. Gert liet hem het schema’s zien, gebaseerd op de Fibonaccireeks en de Nineveh-constante, grootheden uit oude tijden in een opvallend verband met elkaar en alle terug te voeren op dit negentallig stelsel. Evert Snel die het wel een kans wilde geven stelde een Blüthner vleugel beschikbaar en een van zijn medewerkers, de Italiaanse Danilo Cosucci. Hij regelde de Blüthner in volgens de wiskundige formule. Dat gaat trouwens niet op het gehoor, zoals pianostemmers gewend zijn, maar met een computer, die voor elke aanslag een bepaalde frequentie genereert, die door Cosucci moest worden overgenomen.
In de Divine 9 stemming stammen alle tonen in een octaaf af van het ‘neutrale getal’ negen. Hij voerde zijn theorie door tot in detail, zoals ook de onderlinge afstanden tussen de tonen een negen zijn. Een eerste serie berekeningen leidde tot vijftig bruikbare frequenties. Later bleek dit in de praktijktest te smal. Gert gebruikte daarna de hoge frequenties uit de Nineveh-constante, het getal 195.955.200.000.000 dat in de 19de eeuw op een eeuwenoud kleitablet gevonden is. Deze frequenties deelde hij telkens door twee, om uiteindelijk in het hoorbare spectrum van energie te komen. Nu waren er 280 tooncombinaties. De berekeningen hadden effect. De aangepaste stemming werkte en de Blüthner werd geüpgraded naar een Fazioli 308 vleugel, die nog steeds in de Divine stemming bij Evert Snel staat.
